"Proper good burger"
I had a burger from 7bone first bite I was like, yep, this is exactly what I wanted. It was juicy, packed with flavour, and the bun was really soft too, which always makes a difference. I kept thinking, why don’t I come here more often? Definitely going back

"Vegan options were underwhelming"
I was hoping for at least a couple of decent vegan choices, but they felt really boring and thrown together. It also seemed like the food was handled kind of carelessly, which didn’t make the experience any better. Just felt like not much thought or effort went into it.

I paid on 7Bone and it was straightforward. The checkout page loaded properly, my card went through first time, and there were no random errors or getting stuck in an endless loop (which is always a bonus). I got the confirmation email almost straight away too, so that was reassuring. Nothing dramatic to report really — it just worked how it should. I’d happily use it again

"Quick food, but I felt a bit ignored"
The food came out way quicker than I expected, especially since it was busy. I was happy with the wait time, but the staff didn’t really check in or acknowledge us much, so I did feel a bit ignored while we were there.

"Good packaging overall, just one small issue"
Ordered from 7bone and overall the packaging was really decent. The burgers were wrapped properly and the chips box held up well, not soggy or falling apart, which I always appreciate. The only downside was that one of the sauce pots had leaked a bit in the bag. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, just a little annoying to clean up. The food was still warm when it arrived though, so I can’t complain too much. Genuinely enjoyed it in the end, and it left me feeling happy with the order. 4 stars from me.

"Decent burger, but a bit disappointing overall"
Ordered takeaway from 7bone and it was just okay. The burger tasted decent, but the chips arrived soggy, which was disappointing considering the price. I wasn’t expecting perfection, but I did expect a bit better. Would’ve appreciated an apology or some acknowledgment, to be honest.

Went here for some drinks and food, i left a bit annoyed. The cocktails looked great when they came out, but the taste was hit or miss. One of them was really watery and barely had any kick to it, which is frustrating when you're paying cocktail prices. Another one was decent, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but I definitely expected more. Not saying I’d never go back, but I’d probably try something different next time and hope for the best

"Decent food, but delivery was a letdown"
The food was decent overall, but the delivery experience wasn’t great. It showed up later than the time they gave me, and I kept having to check the tracking because I wasn’t sure what was going on. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely didn’t feel very reliable. Not a total disaster, just something they could handle better.

"Good value, solid food"
Went to 7Bone with a mate. impressed. Good value. Portions were decent. Burger filled me up. Sides weren’t tiny either, which was nice. Paid less than I thought we would for the amount of food. Nothing fancy. Just proper solid grub. Worth the money.

"Booking took longer than expected"
The booking process was a bit slow, and I found it frustrating that the communication wasn’t very clear along the way. I wasn’t always sure what was happening or what the next step was, which made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

I mean, it was okay overall, but the menus were kind of hard to navigate. I had to pause a few times and figure out where things were, so it wasn’t as smooth as I expected.

The food tasted alright, like not bad or anything, but the portions were really small for what I paid. I finished it and was still hungry, which is not really what you want from a burger place. I guess I just expected more, so yeah, a bit disappointing

"Had an issue, but they sorted it"
Had a problem with my order so I sent in a complaint, thought I’d be waiting ages. But they got back to me quick and sorted it out with a voucher and an apology. Bit annoying it happened in the first place, not gonna lie, but fair enough... they handled it well in the end.

"Decent Place, Just a Bit Loud"
From what I remember, the atmosphere was okay and had a fun vibe, but it was a little too loud for my taste. I also remember the tables feeling close together, which made it feel a bit cramped. Not a bad spot overall, just kind of average for me.
